Valentines!

Sorry I haven't updated for a while. I've just been really busy and haven't really had much time for this. I know how surprised you are. Probably thinking "Wow! Kelsie is actually busy?!" It's amazing I know. haha

Anyways back to the real reason I'm posting. Valentine's Day. It was the best I've ever had! haha Except for the good old elementary days when you get to pass around candy and have all these parties and stuff. So Matt got in a little car accident on thursday so we didn't get to do much. So Friday I got to help one of my friends decorate his girlsfriends room. It was pretty fun! We put streamers everywhere and blew up a bunch of balloons. Of course we went to visit Matt afterwards. He just got some major whiplash.

Saturday morning I went down to St. George with Kaylie and Sara for a girls day. See the thing is I was going to just stay home because I was planning on Matt being gone anyways, but things changed and so I made plans with these two. And we just had SO MUCH FUN!!! We first went to Kohls and of course I had to get a shirt. That's just how it works usually. I had to get shoes for my dress so we went to Payless. We tried on some pretty sweet shoes! Heels that I would never wear because I just keep falling over.

Yeah so these are the random colored shoes that were cute but I couldn't ever wear!

I really wanted these rainboots! They are adorable! haha We were twinners!

We went to the mall where I bought a really cute dress. It's blue and I mostly got it for church but I love it so much! I also got a couple cute necklaces to wear with my prom dress. Our next stop was Sally's Beauty Supply. I got extensions! I like them a lot. At first I didn't because I have never had long hair before in my lifetime. I will do a post on that later to demonstrate haha

We went to the prom dress shop in Bloomington because Sara wanted to show us her dress. We got a little carried away and started trying on dresses. I found a really cute one that I loved but I still love my dress the mostest!

Yes, I went a little pink crazy. I think these are cute too but I couldn't handle wearing them. The other one I tried on we didn't get a picture of.

We ate at Golden Corral because we were pretty hungry. They changed the rules on us and i was pretty mad! They don't bring you rolls anymore you have to go in search of them and they make you get your own plates. It's kinda dumb! haha

So storytime. I wasn't really trying to break my Dr. Pepper habit. I was way full of food and for some reason drinking alot of drinks makes me way full and I wanted dessert but I didn't have room. So I kept pushing it away from me but then I just kept staring at it and then I just had to grab it and drink it.

I just had a lot of fun with these two. i'm glad I have girls to just go hang out with whenever because I need girl time, especially after always just hanging out with guys! haha no offense to any of them that might just read it.

That night after I got home I went to go spend time with Matt. That ended up being an adventure all within itself. We all watched Small Soldiers, which in my opinion in the stupidest movie on earth. I dind't even like it as a kid. Matt's mom somehow sliced her finger and had his dad stitch it up right there. It was crazy! We were all really tired too so we all pretty much crashed right there. It was a really fun day!
