State Large Group!

We went up to Orem on Thursday. We left school around 2:00. The bus ride was pretty interesting. I had my notebook because I thought I would do homework on the bus but I really didn't. Anyways we started writing a note about our problems and passing it back and forth. Justin, Matt, and Adam kinda got mad because they thought it was about them. So when we were done playing pass the note I crumpled it up and just jept a hold of it. They planned something to get the note but their mission failed. I started ripping it up and Matt came over and like jumped on me trying to get it out of my hand. He couldn't get it though and just gave up. So then we decided to write a note about all of them just to make them mad. Justin was the only one who actually did get mad, the others were just taking it. So we wrote a note about Justin. He got pretty mad. But it was hilarious. He got Mrs. Terry to come back because he started fighting with Jamie. She read the note and was like "You know they are just trying to get to you right?" It was pretty fun!

Mrs. Terry gave us a choice whether we wanted to go to the baseball game (they were playing up there) or the mall. Of course being teenagers we chose the mall. I got some pretty sweet headphones, a belt, and some really good smelling and tasting lip gloss. It was fun! I hung out with Jamie pretty much the whole trip.

We went to our hotel after that. I shared a room with Jamie, Holly, and Megan. We stayed up until around 1:00 watching random movies that were on tv. We were pretty loud and we laughed so hard, mostly at nothing.

So I decided that I think judges are a little too judgemental. I thought we did really good compared to region. One of our songs we actually got to practice before we went on stage. In the practice room we sounded so good and had a lot of energy but when we got on stage I think our energy left us. We got a 2-, 2+, and a 3+. The judge that gave us the 3 actually stayed in the same hotel we did. Me, Holly, and Jamie saw him walking in the hall and he told us good luck today. I still think I should have kicked him in the shin while I had the chance! The meanie face! Other than that our performance was pretty good.

The ride back nothing really happened. I felt really sick and I was so tired. But that's what you get on a bus ride. That's pretty much all that happened!
