Back to School....

Well before I start with all the depressing stuff like going back to school and all that stuff I will tell you about the happenings before. (Sorry there aren't any pictures to show for this post so just bear with me).

On Sunday I had the opportunity to sing in Kaylie's ward with her and McKenna played the piano for us. We sang "My Soul Hungered." If any of you went to Garett Madril's farewell then you have heard this song before, even if you don't remember. It went really well. A lot of people in her ward gave us compliments. Delaney was there with my dad and Kim so she was the lucky person we picked out of the audience that got to turn pages for McKenna! haha We had only ran through the song a couple times before that day, but I'm amazed at how well we did! The spirit must have definitely been there because the rehearsals didn't work out so well with a couple of us being sick and stuff.

Wednesday (the day before Kanab High School's students freedom was taken away for them) me, Kaylie and Chasen went up to the tv towers on fourwheelers. There was still really bad construction so we had to wait a bit but not too long. Chasen went pretty fast the whole way up and Kaylie was on a four wheeler with me not going so fast haha Chasen was up at the top waiting for us by the time we got up there. I think we sat up there for about an hour just talking. We got back to my dad's house only to feel all dirty and gross. It was a lot of fun though!

Yesterday was the first day of school. I had to go to early morning seminary at 7:00 a.m. It wasn't really that bad considering I fell asleep the night before at about 10:30. I wish i could say that I wasn't tired, but I still was. We had a half day so that did make it a little bit easier. i decided that I think I'm going to really like all my classes this year! My schedule goes as follows:

Health-Mr. Orton (he's a funny guy).
College Prep English- Mr. Luce (he started with us my freshmen year andI ahd him last year so he connects with all of us).
Word Processing- Mrs. Glover (one of my young women leaders. She's so awesome!)
X-Press- Mrs. Terry (I just love X-Press. My favorite class of the day by far! Mrs. Terry is also realyl funny and knows how to make it fun!)
Chemistry- Mrs. Titus (I didn't think I would like her but for us to get to know her she made a powerpoint of digital scrapbooking. She is having us make a scrapbook page for her to get to know us! How awesome is that!)
Supposed to be my internship right here but we are still in the process of getting that all worked out.
Financial Literacy- Mrs. Glover (yes the same as before).
I also have a friend in every one of my classes so this year should be pretty great! It better be because it's my SENIOR YEAR!! (and i'm oh so excited to have my little bro. Kalin and sis. Delaney in high school with me for my last year! :))
