Brian Head 2012

After my first week of school we had Martin Luther King day off so I went back to Kanab and then we headed to Brian Head and stayed until Monday morning. It was so nice! I was surprised at how there wasn't very much snow at all. How people were snowboarding and skiing it beat me. Usually we have to park at the Lodge and ride a snowmobile to our cabin. This time we practically drove all the way up to our cabin. It was not normal. But I still had fun! I love visiting my grandparents and usually I don't like snow, but it was nice to actually see it and play in it with my family :)




There wasn't really any snow anywhere else...










My grandpa cracks me up! He thought it would be a good idea to fall downhill and soon found out that maybe it wasn't such a good idea. He also sucked my mom into it.





And we went "sledboarding"! Last time I tried that I hurt my shoulder pretty bad and it's still messed up, but I can proudly say I made it all the way down the hill this time :)


And of course we can't go up there without my family playing cards. I finally caved in and played "Idiot" with them a bunch of times. We played "Idiot" and "Apples to Apples" for three hours one night. Good times!
